What is Wundrful World Of Christmas?

Wundrful World of Christmas is a magical, mixed reality walk through experience for all the family. You will be guided by a cast of original animated characters brought to life using CGI and VFX technology combined with real life actors and interactive theatrical set and scenery on an unforgettable Christmas adventure.

What is The North Pole Post Office?

The North Pole Post Office is a branch of Elf Mail’s Postal Service in the heart of Sydney. Write your wish list letter to Santa and track it on its way to the North Pole when you buy an official Elf Mail Santa letter pack. Dress up in our winter coats and have your photo taken in front of our green screen for a fun family Christmas photo at the North Pole.

All ticket purchasers can claim a complimentary Digital Family Reel on showing your validated ticket. High quality Christmas family photo prints with your choice of background and Wundrful World of Christmas characters are also available to purchase alongside sacks full of other carefully selected Christmas merchandise and goodies.

How do I get my Free Santa letter pack and Free Digital Family Reel?

When you have your ticket scanned at the Wundr Store, you will be given a North Pole Passport by our helpful staff.  This is your boarding pass to enter the Wundr Lift at your allotted session time and your way to claim your Free Digital Family Reel and Santa letter packs from the North Pole Post Office.  Your passport will be stamped when you enter.

Use your passport again in the North Pole Post Office. Simply queue up and present your passport to our photographer at the Green Screen and she will take your photo.  Your Free Digital Family Reel which you can share with your friends will then be available for you to access online.

In addition to your complimentary digital photo, you will have the opportunity to purchase unique additional Christmas family prints featuring Wundr’s Santa. Unique Christmas family photos start at $19.

To get your complimentary letter to Santa and an Elf Mail envelope for the children in your party, present your passport to our friendly retail staff behind the counter and they will assist. Your passport will be stamped again when you receive your pack. Each purchase entitles the purchaser to a letter for each child in their party and one Elf Mail envelope.

Is Wundrful World Of Christmas suitable for children?

….. Absolutely! Wundrful World Of Christmas is best suited to children aged between 3 and 9 who still believe in Santa. From the Elves’ workshop to a cozy meeting with Mrs Claus in her kitchen, the experience brings the magic of Christmas alive.

Is the event accessible to individuals with disabilities?

Yes, Wundrful World Of Christmas is fully accessible to individuals with disabilities. We strive to ensure that all guests can enjoy the event comfortably. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you require any specific accommodations.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking. We also suggest bringing a jacket in case of cooler weather at the North Pole.

Can I take photos and videos?

Yes, photography and videography for personal use are encouraged. Capture the magic of Wundrful World Of Christmas and share your experience with friends and family! However, please be mindful of other guests and avoid using flash in performance areas.

How long is Wundrful World of Christmas and how long should I plan to stay?

Approximately 35 to 40 minutes but we recommend allowing an additional 10 to 15 mins in the North Pole Post Office to have your photo taken, write your wish letters and browse the goodies on offer. Plan to spend at least 1 hour at Wundrful World Of Christmas to fully enjoy all the activities.

Do I need a ticket for my child under 3?

No ticket needed, children under 3 go for free.

Where are Wundrful World Of Christmas and The North Pole Post Office located?

Wundr Store, 31 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 located at the corner of Market Street and York Street opposite the QVB. The North Pole Post Office is located two doors down from the Wundrful World of Christmas on York Street.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is paid parking available nearby. We recommend using the secure parking facilities at Market City Car Park or Wilson Parking at 31 Market Street. Public transportation is also highly encouraged due to the central location.

When should I arrive?

Try to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your allotted session time. If you arrive earlier and have time, head to the North Pole Post Office.

After you’ve been through the experience, head to the North Pole Post Office to have your family Christmas photo taken and claim your complimentary digital photo on showing your validated ticket. Christmas family photo prints with your choice of background and characters are also available to purchase.

When Should We Have Our Photo Taken and Write Our Letters to Santa?

You can do this at any time in the North Pole Post Office before or after your allotted session time once you have your North Pole Passports. We encourage you to go after you have enjoyed the experience to ensure that you don’t miss your session time but, if you arrive early, please enjoy the fun in the Post Office.

Are prams or strollers allowed inside the experience or North Pole Post Office?

No. For the comfort and safety of our guests, prams and strollers are not permitted inside. There is, however, a convenient stroller bay outside the experience venue located on Market Street.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the event space. However, there are several cafés nearby offering a variety of snacks and drinks and you can buy some delicious lollies and Christmas treats in the North Pole Post Office.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are sold by session time and prices vary depending on the day and time of your visit.

Family Pass (Up to 5 tickets with no more than 2 adults): $25 per person

Each ticket includes one complimentary Digital Family Reel taken in the North Pole Post Office prior to entering the experience.

How can I purchase tickets?
